Cancellation policy of Camping Pokemouche. Campground Specific Cancellation Policy In order to guarantee your campsite, a deposit equivalent to at least the first night will be charged to your credit card for stays of less than 7 nights. For stays of 7 nights and more the deposit taken will be 25% of your stay when confirming your reservation. For cancellations we require 3 days notice for camping sites, 14 days notice on cabins and rental trailers. Prior to the cancellation deadlines there is a $15 plus tax cancellation fee. Past the cancellation deadlines the deposit is non-refundable. We also require the same notice for any modifications to reservations without penalty. Modifying the dates of a reservation within the cancellation deadline will result in forfeit of deposit.
Need to cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 1-877-727-6090 or 506-727-6090 before the due dates listed below for a refund of your deposit, less a $15.00 cancellation fee plus tax. No cancellations by text message or email will be accepted. Any reservations confirmed after these deadlines require a non-refundable deposit. No deposit will be refunded for any cancellation made after these due dates. • RV sites and tents: 3 days notice of cancellation required. Notify Camping Pokemouche 2013 Inc. no later than 4:00 p.m. three days before your scheduled arrival. • Camping cabins and trailer rentals: Fourteen day notice of cancellation required. Please notify Camping Pokemouche 2013 Inc. two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. • Deluxe Cabins and Unique Accommodations: These units may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check these with Camping Pokemouche when completing your reservations. • Any reservations confirmed after these deadlines require a non-refundable deposit. No deposit will be refunded for any cancellation made after these due dates. • Holidays and special events may have special deposit or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during periods of high demand and special events. Please confirm these details with Camping Pokemouche.
